The best stylists behind the chair often make the best teachers. We're looking for a few of them. Axcelr8 is building a collective of educators who share one belief: that great education meets a stylist where they are, and sends them back to the salon able to do something new the very next day.
If you've spent years developing your craft and you've felt that pull to give it away — to hand someone the thing that took you a decade to learn — this is for you.

Educator days are compensated, and every class you teach puts your name in front of stylists who become your peers, your referrals, and sometimes your clients.
Who we're looking for
We care less about your following. We care more about your passion.
You don't need prior teaching experience. You don't need to be famous. You need a craft you can defend and the generosity to share it.
- Three or more years behind the chair, with a craft you can defend.
- The patience to let someone struggle through it themselves.
- Reliability — students book a day off and pay to be there. We expect you'll be there too.
- A generous instinct to share and help others grow. Educators who protect their secrets don't last.
